Flaky, rich puff baked good is moved around spinach, feta, mozzarella and green onions to make these absurdly flavorful Spinach Feta Pinwheels!

I facilitated my book club not long ago. Our book choice was Exit West, an anecdotal record of a couple getting away from the war torn Middle East however mysterious entryways. Through these "entryways" they were shipped to three unique nations toward the west, one being Greece. This spanakopita hors d'oeuvre is a riff on Greek spanakopita, and totally delicious!

Rather than making a customary spanakopita, I joined a portion of the Greek spinach pie fixings into this spanakopita hors d'oeuvre. With spanakopita or natively constructed baklava, there's particular phyllo mixture to mess with! Utilizing puff baked good makes brisk work of a yummy spinach puff baked good tidbit!
